To calculate your registered trademark listing fee simply try the various options provided below in the section Trademark Brokerage Package. The total price including rebates will be calculated automatically (JavaScript required). To benefit from bulk discounts you select the amount of listings you want to order, and the rebate will be calculated automatically. Note that you still have to submit each listing individually. A) Public Listing: standard "brand for sale" listing, viewable by all visitors. Click here to preview current trademark listings in order to see how your sales listing will look like.
B) Secured Listing: password protected brand listing that requires visitors to initially submit their corporate data for your validation in order to receive the access password for browsing secured trademark listings.
Payment: If you select to pay by bank wire transfer we offer you a 5% discount if your order total exceeds the equivalent of 300 USD. This discount will be calculated automatically.
Notes: The trademark brokerage contract with Novience is non-exclusive and allows you to use other trade-mark broker services. Your listing includes a linked entry in the respective sales overview section and a dedicated profile page, and will be visible at Novience for a maximum of one year. Novience will act as the middle-man between Seller and Bidder, handle all inquiries and forward incoming offers to Seller's email account, as well as represent seller as forwarder when corresponding with Bidder. After a sales agreement has been reached, Buyer will submit full payment in USD or EURO to Novience, and Seller will then initiate trademark transfer and forward ownership transfer agreement to Novience. Novience will verify and submit documents to Buyer, and net payment (minus lead commission) within 5 days to Seller.

Fees are non-refundable once the listing package has been purchased. Payment in EURO with American Express will be converted to Swiss Francs using the order date's currency rate. Subscription fees may change without further notice. We reserve all rights to edit the submission according to the standards of Novience. You agree to not negotiate directly with potential buyers led through Novience without the express consent of Novience. Violating this contract term will make you liable to a contractual penalty fee of a minimum of 2000 USD and up to 50% of the trademark purchase price.
